ORDER PROCESSING
We download orders during our regular business hours (M-F, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM) and strive to process online orders within Two (2) Business Days. Although the majority of orders do ship within this timeframe, please know that during times of increased volume and extended holidays, some orders may experience a short delay. In this case, customers will be notified.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are calculated by the weight and size of your items, number of packages, level of service and your delivery zip code. The final charge for shipping will appear at the end of your transaction.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
You will receive two emails from KEGlove.
- Order Confirmation: Provides the details of your order, along with an Order Number.
- Shipping Confirmation: Provides the details of your shipment, along with the carrier's Tracking Number.
